Die Kosten für die Polsterung und Verpackung werden zusammen mit dem Porto erhoben und fliessen in den Gesamtpreis ein.
Die Versandpreise sind gewichts- und grössenabhängig. Sie werden Ihnen separat angezeigt. Normalerweise verschicken wir Sets als Paketpost in einer stabilen Kartonbox mit Polstermaterial. Wenn möglich verschicken wir kleine Gegenstände und LEGO® Minifiguren als Briefpost in einem Faltkarton bis 2cm Dicke ohne Polstermaterial oder in einer Versandbox bis 5cm Dicke mit Polstermaterial.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass weitere Gebühren von externer Seite erhoben werden können, z. Bsp. Verzollungskosten. Auf den Zollerklärungs-Papieren werden wir stets den korrekten Wert angeben. Diese externen Gebühren sind ausserhalb von unserem Einfluss und gehen zu Ihren Lasten.
Für Kunden aus Deutschland werden wir die Pakete auf einer deutschen Poststelle aufgeben, sofern der Grenzübertritt möglich ist. Somit entfallen die Zollkosten bei einem Warenwert bis 300 CHF. Bitte nehmen Sie mit uns immer Kontakt auf. Wir informieren Sie, ob ein Versand ab Deutschland zurzeit möglich ist.

Costs for stuffing material, wrapping, packaging are calculated with the postage fees and are included in the total price.
Shipping costs depend on weight and measure. They are separately displayed. Normally sets will be shipped in a solid box with stuffing material. We will check if small items and LEGO® Minifigs can be shipped as Letter Mail in a bubble envelope, foldable cardboard (thickness max. 2cm) or in a cardboard box (thickness max. 5 cm). If possible, stuffing material will be added.
Please be aware of external costs, such as toll charges for example. We only will state the correct amount on the customs declarations. We don't have any influence on any external costs or charges and they are for your account.
